L	Lincoln on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I heard lots of good things about this place so I definitely had to check it out for myself. I called to book an appointment and it was fast and easy. I came here for an oil change as well as a brake service which was machine both front and rear rotors and new oem pads for my Subaru, they were nice enough to give me two options such as using oem parts or aftermarket parts due to the price difference. They process took 4 hours in total but I saved so much money for machine the rotors instead of buying brand new. Thank you sliverstone automotive for the amazing service.

She is extremely condescending and rude, and if you ask her a question she becomes defensive and doesn’t know how to answer the question. I guess she doesn’t have the proper training in dealing with customers. Also another issue I have is usually if you are planning to come for service the charges are not upfront, one of the mechanics quoted me one price and then she quoted me another price, you can tell they lack clientele and want to upcharge everyone. I would not recommend coming here for service I rather pay a little more and go to the dealership or another reputable mechanic in the area and there are many to choose from in Vaughan.

I went to this place to change my winter tires on my truck and she said $20 plus tax and I said to myself that it's good price normally I paid $25 each .. around 9 am I receive the first call saying that my winter tire they aren't that good. I know there no brand new but there not that bad and that I say don't worry about it just put it on .. the second call they left me a message saying the truck was ready to pick up ..when I got there she told me if the technical call me I say no .....because we made a mistake it took him 1 1/2 to install the tires because they were to big and now I need to charge you that .but because we did a mistake . I not going to charge you all that I will meet you on the middle and y Bam $201 Bill for 4 tires .... And then it's not even about the money ( little bit) it's about the honesty if you make a mistake you take it and learn and don't charge customers..

Maurizio and his team always go above and beyond to ensure you are completely satisfied with their service. Even the receptionist is so hospitable and friendly and always accommodates my requests. She makes sure my wait time is kept to a minimal.

Everything was done timely and proper for a VERY reasonable price. The mechanics (Ben/Justin/Maurizio) was friendly and answered my questions. They also replied to my emails in a timely and professional manner too. I think they're quite trustworthy and I highly recommend this place.

I contacted Silverstone Automotive to see if I could get appointment as I had to travel a couple hours to get home. The friendly staff were exceptional to deal with and helped me by sourcing out the part needed and fixed it that day. Thanks again!
