This boutique is beautiful, everyone is so friendly and there's a large variety of dresses - you'll be sure to find the perfect one. The Luxe appointment was a wonderful experience and I highly recommend it! The private room was comfortable, chic and had great lighting. There was even sweet and unexpected personalized touches. Francesca was our bridal stylist and curated the perfect selection of dresses and accessories for my fantasy! Thanks for the great, all around wedding dress shopping experience!

Back in December, I came into my appointment dreading how I would feel for fear that nothing would fit me and that nothing would look good on me. I was also extra nervous as it was my first dress shopping experience. But the moment you enter the store your'e welcomed and the atmosphere is so friendly. The staff were all genuinely nice and I could tell they really enjoyed their job! I felt so comfortable and the staff really boost your confidence (thanks so much Gen!) - which was something I needed! I had the best experience here and can't thank them enough for making my first time the best time! --- I went again in January because I could not stop thinking about this 1 dress, and I wanted my mom and sister to come and share the experience with me. This time I had Jess as my consultant, and I explained to her I already knew what dress I wanted but wanted my mom and sister to experience looking at the dresses and having them pick some out to try for me. She understood and was still so excited about all the dresses, and I really felt like it was my first time there again. I was so happy to find my dress here. Honestly, the staff is great, the place is beautiful and I know recommend this place to all my future friends getting married.

I had a wonderful experience at Sash + Bustle. I was nervous about trying on dresses, but quickly felt right at ease with the staff and had such fun browsing the selection and trying on a variety of different styles, all of which made me feel so beautiful. My stylist on my first visit was Madison and she looked over my inspirational images and suggested a dress that perfectly suited the look I was going for. I might not have seen/considered this dress otherwise, and it ended up being my favourite and final pick. On my second appointment to make my final decision, my stylist, Jess, made the visit so special (taking a polaroid of me in my dress!). She also helped me accessorize my dress and walked me through all the next steps, suggesting what alterations I discuss with a seamstress. I was a little behind schedule picking out a dress, but both Madison and Jess were reassuring and knowledgeable about my options for my timeline, and fortunately, I was able to buy the floor model and take my dress home on my second visit.

My experience at Sash and Bustle was perfect right from the start. While I did not find my dress there, Francesca was so helpful, validating and encouraging throughout the appointment. She really took the time to get to know me and the ladies I had with me and she made the experience comfortable and fun for us. She had great recommendations. Also the space is so beautiful and clean, and the private fitting areas are well designed and aesthetically perfect!

I found my perfect wedding dress at Sash + Bustle! Sasha was the the associate that helped me out and she was so professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Her service was 5 star quality. I told her what I wanted, she made suggestions, and I picked out what I wanted to try on. Throughout the dress fitting process she zipped me up every time, opened the fitting room doors for me, and made sure I was comfortable. She took her time — asked how I felt in each dress, allowed me to put on my favourite ones a couple times, and educated me on types of fabric and alteration recommendations. This was at the location on Berkeley which was newly renovated — so stunning! The ambiance in the shop was on point — beautiful decor, good music, and all the staff members were so energetic and welcoming. It was a great experience overall and first impression. My dress was delayed due to an an unknown issue on the designer’s end. However, the associates at Sash + Bustle dealt with the situation very graciously. I am very impressed with their service. They kept a professional demeanour throughout the whole process — from beginning to end, they maintained a positive attitude and managed to keep me calm despite the major delay. They constantly kept me updated and provided me with as much information as possible. Their reassurance was very much appreciated during this stressful situation. It was great how they had alternative options in the event my dress didn’t show up in time. However, it ended up coming in and I got my dress. I went with their seamstress recommendation, Deanna Folkes who was aware of the situation and was able to rush the alterations with exceptional quality. I had the best time and Francesca was an absolute delight! Thank you to Tanisha as well and everyone who dropped by with kind words and helpful opinions! I felt like a princess and the experience and atmosphere was just a dream. Francesca was so knowledgeable of the collection and able to understand my vision and my style so quickly to pull the PERFECT options. She was also super considerate of my budgetary constraints and was totally transparent about the price tags and making sure I was comfortable with the cost of each dress before she added it for me to try. She was also incredibly creative and thoughtful about showing me different ways to add texture, or bringing in a little bouquet or hair pins to help me really visualize the full effect for my wedding day. It is such a worthwhile experience to come to S+B to really make your dream wedding come true!

They really made my dreams come true. I, like many millennial women grew up on Say Yes to the Dress. I always wanted a magical experience when looking for my wedding dress. I found out that Sash + Bustle offered Luxe appointments with Champaign and Charcutier, A private room and all the fun things that can go along with making this a magical day. I went in with already high expectations and when I tell you that Cassidy surpassed them in every way, I mean it. She was so kind and patient with me and was just wonderful. She really took the time to get to know me and know my vision for my wedding. As a plus size bride I really had some apprehensions about dress shopping, worrying that I would not find dresses that fit me comfortably. Cassidy took all those fears away, she helped guide me on dresses that would fit and flatter me. Now on to Sash +Bustle as a whole. I felt like I was stepping in to such a calm and welcoming space. I initially chose S+B because of the diversity and inclusivity they displayed on social media and I was not disappointed. They offered so many sizes and styles to fit everyone wanting their dream dress. Every interaction I had from start to finish was wonderful and warm. I found my dress. My absolute dream dress. I could not be happier. I really cannot recommend this place enough. It was the best experience I could have hoped for. Even if you aren't able to do the Luxe appointments they offer I still recommend this place to everyone one I can. <3

With a team full of passion and knowledge, you're definitely in the right hands! Their social media has done a great job of showing off their dress inventory but also showcasing a very warm and welcoming experience which was exactly what the appointment felt like. Located on Berkeley St between Queen and King, this bridal shop houses a curated collection of gowns at a decent price point. They have different designers that cover a lot of different shapes and styles. From the beginning of booking an appointment on their website (which is easy) to the appointment in person, everything felt very smooth and wonderful. As we walked throughout the building, you can feel the warmth and passion from all the team members in here. During our appointment, we had Jess and she was amazing from the beginning. When we got to our private room, she asked questions to get a sense of what type of bride you are also doing their research from the supplied Pinterest board to get a feel for some dresses you're interested in. We walked down to see the rest of the inventory and was given clips to see what else catches your eye. Jess was patient and gave pointers and advice when we felt overwhelmed by all the material and dresses. There were so many choices to choose from. Although we didn't end up being a Sash + Bustle bride, we appreciated the knowledge given to us during the appointment. Recommended to stop by for a wedding dress! Do note, there are a few parking spots in front of the building. Make sure to carpool to save on space!
