As first home buyers we were really "green" and Paul helped us every step of the way. With his in-depth knowledge of real estate and the market he was able to guide us in the right direction and we never felt like we were making the wrong decision. We got all the information we needed to make an informed buyer's decision. Never did we felt we were pushed or pressured to buy anything unless it was the perfect fit. When it was time to upgrade we were so happy with Condos and Castles the first time we decided to use them again for the selling of our condo. Paul was able to assist us in selling our property at the right price and even more than we expected! When we were shopping for homes, he was always happy to show us a variety of properties in different areas and guided us in the right direction. Paul has a keen eye for homes with great value. Always working hard and working with us. We will be forever thankful for all that Paul has helped us with. He is trustworthy, provides excellent service and is knowledgeable.
