We were looking for our first condo coming from a different city, and Nate went above and beyond to make this as easy as possible. His responsiveness was exceptional, and he was extremely quick to ensure we got what we wanted. Knowing it was our first time renting a condo, his helpfulness was/is much appreciated especially as he continues to follow up with us with the whole process. During our search, we came for a quick visit and he ensured to have his whole day to take us around around the city to visit condos without hesitation. While we didn't find anything during that visit, we continued by doing virtual visits. He would promptly coordinate a showing ASAP once we sent him something we liked (being fast in this market was very crucial), and continued with the offer process right away when we liked something. We only ever needed to put in one offer the entire time, because the condo that we decided to go for was accepted - thanks to Nate!

My sister (who I lived with) is moving in with her partner, so I needed to downsize and get a place of my own. At the recommendation of my sister we got an agent, Nate (who also helped them find a place) and he and I worked together to find the cutest one bedroom. Nate was extremely friendly and professional, I felt like I was in good hands. Really appreciate the time he took to ensure I got the place that best suited my needs from viewings, to contracts, to picking up my keys, Nate was there every step of the way. I 100% recommend him and Strata if you want a smooth transaction when it comes to (in my case) condo rentals.
