Honest in assessments of properties and discussing what you like and do not like. Has excellent recommendations for lawyers etc if you ask, but doesn't pressure you to use those people which is very refreshing. He just wants to help you find your home. Genuinely negotiated in our interest to get an excellent price. His quick digital document work made signing the final closing documents super easy and quick. Every stage of the process especially in Toronto can be super stressful but Cameron took care of us and made it a surprisingly low-stress enjoyable experience. Absolutely recommend 10/10 !
