★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience by far outweighs the expectations. I loved every moment of the buying experience with Don Valley VW. John Basset our sales rep made the experience extremely transparent and stress free. He lived up to his promises and even went above and beyond them to do his best at getting us into a vehicle sooner then later. His knowledge of not only the Vehicles but also the entire Leasing VS Buying process was outstanding. There are a lot of dealers that try to "read between the lines" NOT my experience here.
Thank you to the team and John Basset at Don Valley VW. Amazing!!

The right car. I'm super happy with the VW Atlas 2021 and got a really good deal! When I picked up the car Jennifer made sure to show me all the features and set up my preferences for me. When most other dealerships are closed, Sidharth sharma responded to my emails on Sunday and quickly arranged a test drive and meeting on next week.With the help of Sid,I managed to find a great deal on a 2021 Jetta R- line. I needed the car in a hurry, and the team was able to deliver within just a few days. But he sent me a link right away with new arrivals. Set an appointment with him test drive and it and had a good deal with him. They even gave me a good appraisal for my car.
