★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experience to own a new car. It took around 3 weeks to receive my new car, thanks to the cooperation and support the team provided. Cardin, Faith and Andrew were very nice cooperative and helpful. They made sure to put all the effort needed until I received the car.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buying a car from Oakville VW has been a terrible experience. We will not return to this dealership ever. Bought the car at the end of October. Took it to get winter tires on and the spring tires needed to be replaced!! Unacceptable to sell a car without road worthy tires! Spoke to a manager about it and he was “looking into it” and he never got back to us. Had to take it in for service after getting it and they had it all day to do one thing. Said they would call us when it was ready. Never got a call. And went to get it and service department was closed. Filled in a customer service review and a manager was to call me. Never got a call. Also the sales person totally messed up the our sale and had to Come to our house to give us the proper paper work. Not a good experience in anyway!! Love the car but will never go to this dealership again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me and my wife went to see a vehicle at this location and it has been the best experience that we both had with a dealership. the staff is friendly and they welcome you with open arms. Joshua Gonzales was helping us out and he was amazing. we went for the test drive and he explained everything about the vehicle and wasn't rushing us. that was the most amazing thing as to where we could decide. Faith was the Financial Manager and she was really helpful in explaining and getting all the information done quickly. once we got the vehicle Joshua delivered the vehicle, best experience we had. If we to get another vehicle we will diffidently go there again. thanks Joshua and Faith. amazing.....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you’re looking for a Volkswagen, I highly recommend Damien Abdul at Oakville VW. He made this experience so easy for us and was incredibly friendly from the get. He was informative, attentive, patient and worked very hard to make this happen. Needless to say, Customer Service was excellent, if I could give 10 stars, I would! He took my many calls, sent me images and corresponded with me via email when I was coming all the way from Hamilton. He had great product knowledge and confirmed all details. But most of all, he was kind. I travelled from Hamilton because I didn’t enjoy my experience at Hamilton VW. No customer likes feeling like a means to an end- wanting your business for the commission. I felt pressured to buy a vehicle and that’s not the way to approach a customer. Not once did I feel that with Damien and guess what, we bought the Tiguan the same day we went to see it. If you want reliable, efficient and a pleasant experience… go to Oakville Volkswagen and ask for Damien Abdul.

We have only bought a few new vehicles over the last 15 years and this was the best experience by far. Both my husband and I felt we treated extremely well which led to us feeling confident enough to buy a new vehicle.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would like to take this opportunity to rate my recent experience at Volkswagen Oakville. I have dealt with one salesperson by the name of Joshua Gonzales. My first initial contact with him was over the phone and I must point out that he is not a regular salesperson that would force someone into buying a vehicle. After a few days, I physically went to the dealership and met in person for the first time. He is very knowledgeable about the products and services that Volkswagen has in place. His experience in Auto Sales and his background prior to Volkswagen was far more superior than any other salesperson that I have encountered before. His approach was really relaxed atmosphere there was no pressure whatsoever on his part. After I did my homework with others I knew that I would definitely sign the deal before leaving the dealership. His attention to detail really surprised me while we went out for a test drive in a Golf R. He is gentleman and a scholar. He is straightforward and advises you how it is. He is not one bit shy to walk away from a deal. I thank him tremendously for his time and patience and cannot wait to be in my new vehicle and very first car at the age of 36:) ! Thanks again Josh you’re awesome!!! My rate experience is 5/5 all the way !

We recently purchased a 2022 Atlas from Oakville Volkswagen and our sales representative was Josh Gonzales. From the beginning of the booking process right up till the end, Josh was very helpful at each and every step. His proactive approach and quick turnaround time for all our queries is commendable. He ensured that as first-time car buyers we had very good understanding of purchase process and kept us updated on any change in timeline for delivery. In addition to that, Faith Shamoon was the Financial Manager and she was really helpful in explaining us all the options for financing the car.
Finally, we also had a great experience with all the other staff at Oakville Volkswagen and we would definitely go back to purchase another vehicle from Oakville Volkswagen in the future! And will love to have Josh alongside me to make that deal happen.
