★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best tire and auto shop in Oakville, in my opinion. Friendly front desk staff, and thoroughly knowledgeable employees. I've had far too many wonderful experiences to list them all but the kicker is from this past summer when they diagnosed engine failure, fortunately covered under an Extended Warranty. Their reputation and experience working with the dealer made all the difference in making this process go smoothly when my car was towed to the dealership.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Towed the car to their shop, was told that I will receive a credit within 6-8 weeks. After half dozen emails checking on the towing credit and over four months later still no credit was sent so I gave up on it. Their excuse when you confront them is that they are too busy and that they will get to it at some point. On the other hand, they do a full check up for free when you do an oil change which sounds great but be aware that half if not most of the items that needs replacement or fixed still have life in them and don’t need to be fixed or replaced. Finally, they almost never ever return calls. You either have to go there in person to speak with the experts or you have to be extremely lucky to get a hold of an expert when you call. Good luck with this shop.

The team was friendly and efficient when dealing with me and clearly outlined everything that I needed to take care of with my vehicle. I found that they are very well priced especially for the area and will be back for future tune ups and more.
