Great friendly service, good communication and very helpful. Also, they have a shuttle service which is really convenient. Definitely will be servicing my car there in the future.

John is so thorough explains everything so you can easily understand what your car needs, great customer service and very friendly with awesome professionalism you can tell he has so much experience. They should show JP Motors what a true professional business is about. They even give you a vehicle inspection report showing what your vehicle needs is required, suggested and what passed the inspection. This place comes highly recommended for your automotive needs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I searched for awhile before I landed on trying Eastside’s, in a quest to divorce myself from my dealership’s service department. I decided on Eastsides based on reviews, ratings and a call into John to chat about their philosophy about car repairs. I had my first servicing today and they did not disappoint. Absolutely first class customer service and auto work. My oil change was done in a blink (and comparing to a previous dealers bill, at half the price). John suggested a cabin air filter replacement but I knew that needed to be done. And that was it. In and out in a couple of hours. There’s a customer care plan that is amazing (including free oil change after 4 of them, roadside assistance,etc). They also have a shuttle if you need for drop off and pick up. To me this is pretty unique and special for a small independent auto mechanic. 5 huge glowing stars. Ive found my guys and happy to tell everyone I know.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The team at Eastside correctly diagnosed the transmission problem I was having with my 2012 Jaguar XF and found a solution that saved me $2000. When I arrived to pick up the car up and pay for the service, it was clean. I liked the online service report, which included photographs of the car and the diagnostic output. Eastside has a $50 coupon incentive I plan to take advantage of as well as a regular oil and filter change program benefit. I am very impressed.
