We love our kitchen from Muti and had a great experience working with Sheila for the design of our kitchen. She did an amazing job making use of the small space and adding the design features we wanted...it was a pleasure to work with her. We went with the Italian kitchen so we did have to wait, but we found that they met the timelines promised and it was worth it. The installation went smoothly and the outstanding issues were followed up on. We also purchased some other items (sink, tile, vanity and mirrors for our bathroom) and found the staff in the Oakville location to be very helpful and friendly.

We were referred to Muti in Oakville when we embarked on our home rebuild, we were very fortunate to have Jen Pignatelli a super talented designer work with us. She quickly got to know us and our style, able to guide and direct us through an overwhelming amount of choices and land on the perfect design for our city home. Jen always responded so promptly, extremely accommodating and always there for us when we had random questions or follow-ups. We are very happy with the cabinet selection, we chose an Italian product so it took several months to arrive, but the quality of their product is excellent. Installation took multiple visits so I would downgrade to 4 stars, this area of their operations needs some improvement. If you decide to choose Muti, ensure you use Jen P, and if she is not available she is worth the wait. Would recommend Muti, and HIGHLY recommend Jen. Thanks to Muti and their team.

We attended Muti on a recommendation of our designer. I immediately thought it would be out of our price range, especially when I first entered the store. I was pleasantly surprised that they are extremely competitive and have high quality products. We ended up purchasing our bathroom vanity from them and I couldn't be more happy. We saw a similar vanity at Lowe's which was not as nice and poorly constructed and listed at a price higher than what we paid at Muti. We have recommended Muti to several friends already. Also, the customer service was exceptional.

Martina is exceptional and very professional and helpful. We love this store, it's bit higher priced but you get what you pay for. We will shop there again!! Thank you!

It was great dealing with Martina. Maria (I think that was her name) on the other hand was extremely rude. The prices aren't bad, but if you ever visit the store I'd request anyone besides Maria. A person with an attitude like that doesn't belong in sales / customer service. Because of her attitude I think we'll take our business elsewhere for our future projects. It looks like I'm not the only one who wasn't a fan of her attitude, other reviews suggest she's often rude.

I wish I could give ZERO star for this place. I had a very bad experience. No wonder why I can see so many bad reviews!! I bought a set of basin and mirror back in June 2021 where the basin was only available and was promised that the mirror will be available during the 1st week of October. When I called in October, to check on the status of the mirror I was advised that the delivery is delayed and they will inform me once it has been arrived. When it finally arrived last week of November, after waiting for 4 months, the mirror was broken on the bottom corner. When my husband took the mirror to the shop, they accused us of breaking the mirror and were asking for a free one. They emailed me back offering me an aggressive sale as they called it on the same mirror which will be delivered in March 2022!! This is so ridiculous and so unacceptable! Customer service is very bad. Would not recommend this place at all.

We used this company to replace the vanities in our master ensuite. It has been one of the worst experiences we've ever had with a company. They do not provide accurate information, take no ownership for product quality issues, or know how to conduct themselves in anything resembling a professional manner once they have your money. We waited months to get these vanities, which were represented as having a quartz top. Once installed, we followed proper cleaning instructions and were shocked to discover that there were stains on the counter top. We contacted our designer and our contractor for their opinion and they agreed that if these countertops were quartz, they must be very poor quality as there should never be stains when cleaned properly. When approached, the company refused to take any ownership for the problem, pushing all the blame back on us and they have repeatedly refused to help find a solution other than buy new ones. We spent $3,400 + tax for these and are stuck with stained counters in a freshly renovated master bathroom. How would you feel? By the way, we have quartz on our kitchen counters, 2 kitchen islands and on the counters in 4 other bathrooms - we do not have this problem anywhere else. I would hate for anyone else, like you, to end up with a poor product from a company that has no sense of professionalism or accountability. DO NOT buy from this company - there are a number of other companies out there that will provide you with a much better chance of getting value for your money. This company is completely unreliable.
