P	Parker Keleman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give a ZERO I would. I thought I had an issue with my transmission as my car wouldn't shift into gear and was locked in 3rd gear. I took it to Run N Drive as I read the 5 star reviews. BIG MISTAKE. Dropped my car off on a Friday and finally got a call that it was ready the following Thursday. Despite numerous calls to their shop that would go to a voicemail box that is full, I had to end up renting a car while I waited because I got no feedback as to what the issue could be. Instead of a call of a diagnosis and whether I wanted to proceed, I got a call saying I owed them $900 and it was ready for pick up. They told me it was an electrical issue and they had to re-wire the connections. The car worked for 3 days and then had the same issue. I had it towed back to Run N Drive and informed them it wasn't fixed. They kept it another week and told me they had a hard time finding the issue but re-wired it again nonetheless. I drove it for about 4 days when it stopped working AGAIN on Hwy 401. I had it towed to my dealership for a diagnosis. They contacted me the same day and pinpointed a ground fault wire. It was fixed for $290, I picked it up the next day and it has been working since. If you have $900 to burn then believe the other reviews. If not then take it elsewhere where you can get a legitimate diagnosis.

Will be bringing both of my vehicles exclusively to them in the future for any work needed, I highly recommend this shop to any and everyone! I dare you to find a better price for this quality of work. Awesome work guys.

This shop showed me what was needed for my car. Walked me though the process and actually put the physical parts in my hands. They gave me a tutorial on what was going to be done to my car. And showed me pics as to what was done. They went above and beyond. They have my total trust and their confidence in repairs is unmatched. Thank you so much. The dealer was charging 6000 plus tax. They rebuilt instead of replace for 1/3 of the price. You have a customer who will be always be back. Thank you.

A week later when I bought the truck they called me to tell me they forgot to put a new rear wiper blade on (without me asking) the old one was good enough. These guys are honestly, amazing trust Worthy and simply the best around! If I could give them a 10 star I would!

Hard to believe how lucky I was to find such a great shop! I will go back in no time. Finally, I found a place where I will never be ripped or cheat. I am enjoying my transmission so much. He even delivered my car on a Sunday in the middle of a winter storm! Anyone who wants an excellent work at a great value, I sincerely recommend Run N Drive Motors for ANY kind of vehicle. Every other place was quoting me $1,000 to $1,500 more; 2) because i needed my car back ASAP they worked overtime and part of the weekend to finish the repair as quickly as possible; 3) they gave me parts and labor warranty for 6 months; 4) Al, the service manager, treated me kindness, respect and empathy; and 5) and my new transmission is running like a charm. Went and got an HONEST second opinion from these guys who told me what the problem was and fixed it. Low and behold I didnt need a new car. Its been half a year and I've been driving my car still no problems. AVOID dealerships if you want an honest mechanic, go here instead.
