โ โ โ โ โ I bought a used car about a month ago through Oanz Auto. Found their listing through Kijiji. Plenty of photos and a pretty accurate description about the car were provided. They were also upfront about their price and it sounded reasonable enough for me. Was able to test-drive it just fine and the dealer who assisted me was very friendly and humorous (I think his name was Obada).
When the check engine light came on for some EVAP issues later (these problems are minor and don't normally affect the performance of the car) I called them to let them know about it. Their mechanic examined the car again and helped with replacing a part that might be causing the problem (I donno about others but I feel when you're buying a used car you can't expect it to be 100% problem free). It's been a month since I bought the car and the car runs and functions as advertised. Pretty satisfied with the purchase!

โ โ โ โ โ Stay away from this place, you do not want to deal with these people. The service I received here was the worst imaginable. They continually made last minute delays when waiting for the vehicle, they didn't answer/hung up on my phone calls in the middle of the day, and worst of all they sold me a very unsafe car which was leaking gas. As you can see from the photos I attached, OANZ got their mechanic, Petra Auto Inc, to certify the car November 2. I had noticed multiple problems that should've been flagged in any proper safety inspection and when I notified OANZ of this they, without checking with me first to confirm my schedule, made an appointment with their mechanic and told me I had to take the car there, all the way to Hamilton myself. This was obviously sketchy and unacceptable behavior so on November 12 I took the car to my local mechanic to have another inspection done. I think the work order from my mechanic speaks for itself. In the words of the inspecting mechanic: "It's a raft" "This car never should've been certified". You may think they had no idea of these problems and blame their mechanic, but why is a dealership in Oakville, virtually sandwiched in between a bunch of licensed mechanics, taking their cars all the way to Hamilton for inspections? Stay away

โ โ โ โ โ Bought a vehicle approximately 10 months ago from Obada was very professional and friendly. After we picked up our vehicle we noticed once we were home that the floor mats were not in the car after it was cleaned. Obada himself delivered brand new floor mats to my home 30 min away from the dealership to ensure we were happy. Great customer service in my opinion.

Obada was kind and understanding when dealing with myself and my family, as I needed a car in a short amount of time. He was available via phone (call or text) and very helpful. โ โ โ โ โ Bought a 2012 Honda Fit here about 5 months ago. The process was quick and easy and the car was reasonably priced. When I took it to be serviced about a month after buying, the mechanic commented about what good shape it was in. It's still running really well. I would recommend coming here for used cars!
