Oil was leaking, I had to go to another car service to solve my problem and of course with an extra cost of $ 127.00. As usual with bad service, they tried to explain to me how their policy blah blah blah ... Never again with them! I wouldn't give them a single star, but unfortunately there is no such option

I was given the option of 3 oils ranging from around $65 to $100. I opted for the $60 dollar option. However the employee said my car needs "high milage oil" and charged for an $90 oil. All I wanted was a simple oil change. The employees then began checking random parts of my car and creating a list of things my car needs. Charged me an additional $50 for a filter. Said my battery is failing and I am probably having trouble starting it and that also needs to be replaced, my battery doesn't have any trouble starting so I don't understand why are you using fear mongering tactics into getting me to spend more money. AND to top it all off, they removed some plastic shield from the bottom of my car which they said also needs to be replaced for additional $$$, which I asked them to put it back they said they can't unless they zip-tie it back. Now that it's been zip - tied back, my car makes an outrageously loud sound and it hangs from the bottom of the car. I can see it not put back properly. So not only did I leave paying over $150, you also BROKE something at the bottom of my car and it now makes a sound as I drive. MY CAR MAKES NOISES AS I DRIVE WHICH WASNT HAPPENING PRIOR TO COMING IN. The worst most outrageous experience as a first time car owner. My father recommended this place to me, and I can't say he's happy to hear how you scammed a young women.

The service providers got me in within minutes, checked and filled air as needed and totally free of charge with great attitude. I actually wouldn’t mind paying a nominal fee for this service in such cold weather!

The technicians are knowledgeable and informative, and have always serviced my vehicles in a timely manner. I have been to other Mr.Lube locations, and they are always pushy with upselling, however both Mohit and Cheema made suggestions to additional services that would benefit my vehicles, explained which services were more urgent which in turn earned my trust and my continued business! I highly recommend this particular location should your vehicle require this type of maintenance!

I went back and showed them the broken part was promised a call back from a manager and that never happened. The part in my car is still broken, it was broken by one of the guys there because it was fine before i changed my air filter there. I don’t mind the fact that the part broke, im annoyed at the fact that the employees tried hiding the fact that they broke my car and i had to inspect and return myself. STILL NO CALL FROM MANAGER AND I STILL HAVE A BROKEN AIR FILTER HOLDER.
