J	Julie Anderson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mother in law lives on supportive care floor. Not appropriate for seniors with disabilities. Door to her room is so heavy she is unable to open it. Her room is basically a prison. Has to wait for assistance for meals and toileting. Also no communication between families and Dr. and staff with regard to med changes or tests ordered.

My father can't say enough good things about your hard work and care, delivering in-room meals, health checkups and endless sanitizing, all with a cheerful and professional attitude that brightens his tedious days of lockdown. Very reassuring knowing you are looking out for him until it's safe to be in public again.

V!VA is a beautiful place to live and the staff are wonderful and caring, especially Yoli, Marta, Fare, Herminia, Maria, Rhonda and Matt.
