S	Sterling Lee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Summary: You'd be lucky to have such a compassionate, charming OB. My wife and I moved to Ajax as she was 4 months pregnant. Her current OB from Toronto (who will not be named) was pretty awful, with a horrible bedside manner. As a result, you can imagine our delight when we met Dr. McConville. We'll start with the staff...always positive, always helpful....they're always available to answer any question big or small. Dr. McConville was a breath of fresh air. She kept us up to date with any developments with our kid (good or bad) and explained through any procedures during pregnancy. During the actual delivery, she was cool, confident and very supportive of my wife.

She supported my decisions to attempt a vbac, and even helped me with non pregnancy related health concerns and got me emergency referrals to specialists. Couldn't have been happier with her.
D	Dajomalyn on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was a patient with Dr McConville several years ago while I was pregnant. My overall experience with her was amazing until she did a tubal ligation for me. I went to get the standard reversable ligation and she decided that I should have the permanent methed of cutting and burning my tubes because I had five kids. My life could have changed and because of her decision I can never have my own child unless I go in for an uncertain and very expensive reversal surgery. The choice wasnt hers' to make and no I didnt sue her, just never went back to her after that.

Went in for a scheduled appointment and was told that the appointment was cancelled for no apparent reason and that they had not received any documentation from my referring doc. No call to inform me of this lack of appointment. When the appointment was scheduled they had said they had all documents, and my referring doctor confirmed that they did indeed have all documents. They also barely answer their phone, nor call back when one leaves a message.

This is my first pregnancy, and I do struggle with anxiety and panic, despite my joy for this blessing, I am nervous and anxious as my due date nears closer each day. Dr. McConville is always so bubbly, and cheerful and always puts my mind at ease for each appointment. It has been such a pleasant experience working with her during this pregnancy. I would highly recommend.
