★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr .Desa is an amazing doctor. Always on time or very short wait. I am able to get an appointment the same day . Her staff are friendly and efficient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr DeSa was friendly and listened to all my concerns regarding my newborn, I did end up transfering to a paediatrician. The receptionist however, has a very passive aggressive attitude. With my 35min wait, I was very shocked by her attitude (rolling eyes and loud sighs) with patients in person, patients who called in requesting appointments was lied to repeatedly.
Dr. DeSa doesn't work on Fridays - not true, I was there on a Friday.
Dr. DeSa has a conference later today and will be leaving in 5min - not true, she had 4 patients in the waiting room.
Dr. DeSa is working until 6pm today but is fully booked with appointments - not true --ummmm see above
The final straw was when my newborn had severe diarrhea and the receptionist was adamant that there was no difference between soy and milk based products (even though Dr. DeSa just told me there was)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have known of Dr. DeSa for years as a Member of the West Durham FHT who works with my family physician. When he took ill and wasn’t available she stepped in and looked after me. Kind, courteous, and attentive in the delivery of care is what I have come to expect from this team and she is no exception. The fact that she brings her Military experience to bear as a Doctor and Major in the RCAF is an added bonus and one that is greatly appreciated.
