I don't understand how this can be allowed. You have failed your patients.

He is a nice person but whatever the problem you have , he never try to fix it by himself, always refer to a specialist and that appointment comes months after. And you are left at the mercy of your luck, either you get better by your own or may get worse. Whenever you call for appointment, its mostly available after 2 weeks and eventually have to go to a walk in clinic.

Dr. Erry doesn't only listen to the patient but he also hears the patient. I had never had a doctor who would be so knowledgeable, gentle, kind and caring. What a blessing to this planet he is!

P	Proctor Ritter on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Arun Mehta is very hit-or-miss when it comes to how he treats his patients (in my experience). If you catch him on a good day, he is friendly, patient, understanding, knowledgeable, and takes his time to treat you properly. He may even crack a joke from time to time to help lighten the mood. However, if you catch him on a bad day, he is condescending, impatient, uncaring, and makes it almost painfully obvious that he doesn’t want to take his time to make sure that you feel as okay as reasonably possible; he just wants to rush himself out of the room, because he thinks that he has better things to do than to help you take care of your health. He also has a bad habit of almost never saying, “Goodbye”, on his way out of the room, so your appointment with him doesn’t even get officially ended until you come to the realization that it’s time for you to go home, even if he left the room so curtly and quickly that you didn’t get the chance to bring up every medical complaint that you want to tell him about and have addressed. So, if you’re okay with having the quality of your doctor’s appointments be mostly dependent on chance (you can literally flip a coin to figure out if you’re gonna get the 5/5 version of Dr. Mehta, or the 1/5 version of Dr. Mehta), then I suppose he’s a good option for a GP if you live in the Pickering area.
S	Stephen Johnston on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Erry himself is great, my 1 star rating is simply for the office staff, like all the other low ratings here. I have heard negative things about the receptionist here before, but I never listened because my years of having Dr. Erry as my family doctor I’ve never had too much of a problem here, until yesterday. I made 45 call attempts and only one call was answered. When that call was finally answered My workplace became noisy so I asked for 10 seconds to get somewhere quieter, and by the time I got somewhere quiet, there was nobody on the other end of the line. The call didn’t drop but it was as if I was put on hold without being able to hear if someone did tell me I would be put on hold. After a few minutes I gave up and booked an appointment elsewhere.
