★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a personal care home. If you have family here there really aren't any hours although you'd most typically go during the day some time. Nice place, good staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BAD PLACE . ..While I was at my work a man from this nursing house came in because he was scared and lost ,he was beat by someone on the street while out for a walk, so he came into my work with blood on his lip and head ,and top of it all he had vission problems so I called villa Marguerite and told them he needed help they did absolutely nothing and the staff on the phone were very rude , this old man was hurt and it was like seeing a lost puppy . this place don't give a damn about their elders ,is easy to see ,not sugar coating it .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff not good was there on a Sunday 2 staff on had to wait 30 mins before a staff member came to let us out this us west wing also had to wait long for door card. Tell you one thing then lie about it after not a good place at all really sad place don't put your parents in here lots of problems with them.

It strikes me how thoughtful the Villa Marguerite site managers are. They are so busy
& yet they take time to give our estimators info on the needs of their managed bldgs
(ie energy optimization & reduction of sickness/absenteeism by promoting a healthier indoor environment).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm so sick of this Asian concierge they have, dont get me wrong I have some acquaintance and even friends working on this facility but man they're Asian concierge sucks, no smile at all and on top of that she wouldn't even help you out even if she sees you like just by saying "can I help you" with a smile or "anything I can help you with" no nothing at all.they have the worse concierge ever. Change her please she is not helping your facility. You dont wanna work with someone whose not even putting a smile on her face.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent nurses. Our grandmother has been here for 2 years now and I am very impressed. They always take the time to hear my concerns and provide updates about Grandma. I am grateful that Grandma is in a facility where she is well-taken care of. Kudos to all the staff!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely horrendous care at Benevolence Care Centre. My Mother has been a resident for over a year, and regularly has to wait 30min to 2hrs to be changed whilst sitting in here own bodily waste.
Just today she was told she hadn't urinated enough in her diaper to necessitate being cleaned up and changed.
Only one floor is fully staffed, but all floors are full.
Good luck dealing with management, as all they care about is profits.
