B	Bill / Dot Fink on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We love our accommodations at Hawthorn. The staff are awesome. Everyone has worked tirelessly during the Pandemic to keep us all as safe as possible. Other residents are great. Everyone has welcomed and loved our little dog M.E. which is pretty special to us.

After visiting Many different residences I knew after the first visit to Hawthorn, this was the place. The decor, the staff, her apartment, the activities I could go on and on. You have to see it! Truly feel at ease with my mother here. I encourage everyone looking for a place that feels like home to come check it out.

We have grown to love the residents and staff very much. Our observation of Chartwell Hawthorn is that it is very organized and thoughtfully run by very caring staff. I was a little overwhelmed with the process but the sales manager, Erin was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable when discussing the different options available. She made it easy for me to understand what our options were and talked me through all my questions. The building was beautiful and welcoming and the seniors living there seemed very happy.
F	Fern Greiner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am happy and content here in my suite at Chartwell Hawthorn, with meals prepared and served to an 84 year old grandmother who is the queen of her castle. My family lives nearby, I have so many friends here, and the staff is outstanding. We have many activities we can attend, lots of musical entertainment, games, etc. to enjoy, or go back to our suite to read or nap. I especially love the Sunday Evening Chapel Hour, Bible Studies on Wednesday morning, and all-around a calm and peaceful atmosphere. "Just what the doctor ordered", following a busy lifetime of work, work, work.

They remember your name, your likes and dislikes, and even how you like your coffee. The rooms are bright and you can decorate any way you like. The food is delicious and varied. Our recreation director is a marvel at keeping us amused, entertained, and on our toes. We have varied games and entertainers. Exercise classes are a blast and drumming is great fun and different.

Since his move, our friend has been very satisfied with all this residence has to offer. The food, he tells us, is very good and the residence itself is spacious, tasteful and very clean. The staff are all friendly and helpful. The Management have done, and continue to do, a thorough job of looking after the health and safety of their residents through some ongoing struggles with the Covid pandemic. The General Manager & Sales Manager of Hawthorn even went to the hospital to interview our friend prior to his move. They were and are very kind and helpful. The suites are lovely as well. Because of his move into Chartwell, our friend has regained his independence and able to live his golden years in comfort.
C	Crystal Puim on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chartwell hired us on to photograph the Hawthorne location and it is quite spacious and beautiful. A far cry from the retirement residences of old this residence has everything you could want. The residents seemed really happy!
