A	Angus Gregory on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Robin Jackson is the best Dr I have had. I followed him to his new practice at this clinic. It is however a walk in clinic. Where at his last surgery, I almost never waited, at this one I expect it. The front desk staff are a bit hit and miss, as I have received great, and not so great service. Sorry Dr. Jackson my 5 star rating had to change, as your clinic is a horror show. Calling for an appointment, and put into a loop where the call finally goes to a busy signal is ridiculous. Being told to call for an appointment, while calling for an appointment is just dumb.
M	Madison Noela on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 0 stars if I could. Please remove "walk-in clinic" from business description if you cannot actually accommodate them. I was denied service because 1.) I didn't have an appointment and 2.) they literally didn't have any doctors on site in their business hours.

I booked one week in advance and asked for time off and took a taxi to make the appointment. This is very disturbing, They need to call the inform the patients about this changes.
A	Aila on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Khalil is great! He's always been kind to me. The staff had always been kind to me when I visit in real life. It took a minimum of 10 phone calls before someone finally picked up to answer my call. The reason for the call? They never called me for my phone call appointment so I had to call them back to rebook.
z	zainab S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish there was option to give them 0 rating. This place is terrible and I would rather be in pain than get treatment from here. I had sciatica nerve pain and managed to get an appointment for 3:30 pm. I arrived 15 mins early and noticed the doors were locked. I knocked and there was a Fraser Health nurse and she informed me that the Dr. Shehata did not come in. I had paid for my Uber ride to get there to go a closed clinic and the useless MOA that was working there did not even bother phoning me to tell me that there would be no doctor so I water my time and money. I explained my situation to the Fraser Health nurse that was there and she was apologetic and tried to help me. She informed me that she could get me a telephone consultation with Dr. Khalil and I accepted as I just wanted help with the pain. He was supposed to have called me at 4:50 pm since that was the appt that was booked and it’s now 8:30 pm and I have not heard from him. I’m so disappointed in the clinic. You are better going to the ER. I will never return to this incompetent, useless and uncaring clinic again.

They are continually behind schedule and they are not willing to keep the phone open so a person can call in and thereby minimize the amount of time in the waiting room. One would think that this would be a no brainer in a pandemic.
D	Danny Ghadban on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly I've tried to give this clinic the benefit of the doubt so many times, but they unfortunately always disappoint. I've been coming here for years regretrably and I can count on one hand how many times I have left satisfied with the whole experience. While they have finally gotten some friendly receptionist, they struggle more than any other clinic I've ever gone to when it comes to managing their phones. While I cannot speak for all doctors here, Dr. Khalil is definitely the least welcoming physician ive ever had to deal with, especially to younger patients. Overall I would suggest saving your time and effort and putting as little energy into this place as possible.

Not sure why the previous comments say she doesn’t care as much to younger clients which I will disagree with. He is always an advocate for your health and if you feel like somethings not right he will make sure to do whatever it takes so we get the proper answer. He’s always friendly and has a warm feeling about it! definitely a great doctor to take little kids too! Only issue is I can never get through the phone but aside from that I love this clinic!
