K	Krista on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Provincial Spirits always makes delicious cocktails in a can, but we appreciate those now more than ever with COVID-19 and the closure of bars and restaurants. It's so nice to get to enjoy an at home amazing cocktail in the comfort of your own home! The click and collection option was so easy, and they even threw in a hand sanitizer which was so needed and very appreciated.

I subscribed for their cocktail club months ago and then asked to be unsubsidized (multiple times now, over the phone, in person and email). They keep emailing me to pick up the subscription. I keep telling them to cancel my subscription and delete my email from their lists. It doesn't stop. I recommend not subscribing to their cocktail package if you ever want to take yourself off. I am so tired of this. If this happens again, I will stop supporting them all together because this is ridiculous. Editted to add: Emailed again as suggested... let's see if this time is the charm.

They are always concocting new beverages every month and you can get on their "cocktail crew" for $45/month where they ship you brand new drinks before anyone else gets their hands on them! I am fully addicted to these and they are all 6.9% (except for the eggnog at Christmas which is 10%!) Every drink is carefully crafted with unique touches, they are unlike any other ready to drink on the market. Very sophisticated! I have not sat in the bar yet however its bright, cozy and would be fun to hit up during the summer on a bike day on the dikes. The staff arent very smiley but the drinks make up for it ;) love the apricot sour, eggnog when in season, passionfruit guava and the mango michelada is really unique! Highly recommend trying these!
C	Craig Listel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We really enjoy the gin and grapefruit , we tried all the other cocktails in the smaller bottles but did not enjoy them as they are over powering in the lemon and or lime so the other flavors supposed to be present are not really there. They remind me of bar lime powder from back in the day. Not a pleasant taste.

They take resos so that's a great option for busy nights. Table is only yours for an hour though, so make sure your entire party is there on time. Highly recommended!

Wifey was bragging about it on Monday at work, when her Co-Worker RAVED about the place (Provincial) as well! We had plans in our weekend to go and enjoy. Massive let down!! We arrived at 2:50, possible peak time and of course COVID restrictions?! We were asked to go on a wait list, 25 min max, “go explore Bear Paw and Tinhouse” We will text you! After an hour, we returned. There was 7 customers there, we were greeted under a different name and when we identified ourselves. Told there was space for us at 430?! As they have another party arriving, possibly. The party there had another 15 min left till leave. ???? Why not serve the clients you have, before the ones you May or NOT have !! Because we definitely ones you will NOT have again. Why promise a wait list time?? Over promised under delivered. Yet we sit elsewhere enjoying your beverage, disappointing. Update Went again,… the employee, (Sienna I think), was absolutely amazing!!! Restored our faith in this place.
