L	Leticia W on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Gina Zheng is amazing. Caring and sincerely interested in her patients. She always takes time to listen and answer any questions I may have. The clinic has an easy online booking system and I've never had any problems calling to make an appointment.
C	Carol Atkins on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Kennedy Engbers is one of the best Doctors i've ever had. She never rushes you and yet she is always running on time. Very friendly and just such a caring doctor. Can't say enough about her. Sydney use to work the front desk and was awesome but i haven't seen her in a few month. Other ladies not as friendly .

Daughter has complex chronic conditions, she is always listening, remembering details, answering all my questions, and often trying to comfort. She cares about her patient and makes me feel supported. I'm so glad she is back now. And the receptionists are also very friendly and doing a good job. Love them all!
S	Shirley Q on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I agreed with previous reviewer’s comments on receptionists. Doctor is great but receptionist is lack of customer service skill. No smiling and no welcoming at all. I asked leave from work for seeing doctor, but the receptionist told me doctors were fully booked and my name was not on today’s list and I don’t have any appointment booked later. I asked them if they could help to double check with doctor because I don’t think I wasn’t have any appointment. They refused to do so and left me alone at front desk. They made me feel I was not welcomed and tried to see doctor without appointment. They’re so cold. So I left but later on, doctor called me and said the receptionist messed up my appointment with another client with quite similar name.

They always have a hard time booking appointments, it seems like they are not proficient in their software because it takes 10 to 15 minutes or longer and that's not including the amount of time I am put on hold. After rescheduling my appointment once they called again to let me know my appointment was cancelled 7 minutes before they closed and the appointment was supposed to be the next morning. Really terrible service when you go to the clinic they take their time and don't greet you right away.

You have to visit a walk in clinic.” I asked “Where is the nearest one?” To which she rudely replied “I don’t know. You can google it.” I said “I did google it that’s why I’m talking to you right now.” Then I asked “So how do you help or redirect other people in need?” She said “sorry” and hung up. Rude. You shouldn’t be working in this industry if you genuinely don’t care to help people. Even a simple redirection to another clinic nearby would have been helpful. How do you not know what else is nearby? Unprofessional.
