★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service at the Hamilton VitalAire has gone down hill quite significantly. I have been purchasing my CPAP equipment from them for the past 15 years but over the last 12-18 months the experience has been worse and worse. Culminating in a visit recently that I left from. I am currently looking for a new vendor in the area. Oh well, all good things come to an end. I guess you build a business one customer at a time ... you make one fail the same way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am writing a review since I was surprised that they have a bad rating. Maybe I was there on a good day but I found the staff to be very knowledgeable. She knew her stuff cold and was fast and articulate. I don't know what people are looking for but I have found every experience with them to be professional and fair. I wish things were a bit cheaper but with medical supplies that's the name of the game.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I met with Thenesta and she was great at clearly explaining how my device worked and how I could adjust it at home. She makes herself readily available with speedy replies via email and even went the extra mile to get me a replacement accessory (same day) when I was unable to find it on my own. Highly recommend this location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff member Julia (“not sure if she gave me her real name”) blatantly rude after asking for a manger told me there isn’t one I’d have to call Kingston
Then asked for her name she replied with attitude, and then again with attitude said Bu-bye doing a little spin like she’s some special princess.
On a side note the only thing special about her was her inflated ego and attitude.
This person should not be in customer service or the medical industry
With her attitude maybe the dump would be a better suiting position for her personality. ?
Completely unsympathetic unprofessional and down right rude customer service
Stay away from this place
I’d recommend trying CPAP Central
Way more professional and way better attitude
Unfortunately they were out of stock and gave me a list of places that might be able to help and this location was one of them I will never buy anything from vital air again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been waiting 2 months for my cpap supplies and still waiting. No one ever answers the phone when calling. Showed up today to find out what is going on only to find out the store is now closed with out any notice to patients and sign tells people to call the upper Ottawa store. Again no one ever answers the phone there either. I am on disability and don't have the luxury of purchasing from other stores.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They stink. This is a call centre. You can't get through EVER. So you show up and are basically reprimanded for doing so. Ordered a part for my CPAP 3 weeks ago. Went in last week to see where it is... delay from California. Go in today ... got reprimanded again. My part was ordered this morning. So someone lied last week (never same person). Part was $65.00 might get Friday this week or next week sometime. Ordered off Amazon: cost $35.00 delivered tomorrow. And they think they have the qualifications to call themselves "medical professionals". Not even close in my opinion. Will NEVER go back. Order from Amazon. Save yourself half the $$$
