★ ★ ★ ★ ★ New owners have ruined the functionality of this pharmacy. When you are in line and watch every customer be frusterated by how poorly this pharmacy is run, it becomes clear that there is a problem with the organization and quaity of customer service at this location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not sure why but every single time I come to get my prescription they have to look for it for 20 minutes. Every single time! Also I always have to call them for refills, they are rarely done automatically.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pharmacy staff ignore you when you come to the desk. It seems none of them want to help, so they all pretend they don't see you. This type of customer service is typical at this location. Pharmacy staff don't answer the phone either.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 90% of the pharmacy staff is nice or average, but 10% (the one woman with white/yellow hair) she is rude, condescending and unprofessional. She must be the owner's grandma since she still has her job there. Please don't have her dealing with people on the front end, it reflects poorly on your business. I would give you 4 stars but she making this a 0 star rating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been getting my prescription from this location since June so it’s been roughly 7 months and so here’s the bulk of my experience with the pharmacy staff:
They’re highly unorganized and don’t communicate with one another. They’re unapologetic and majority, except a few, are rude. They don’t care to help you solve your problems. Will not explain or own up to their mistakes. I highly suggest choosing a different location for better customer service and it’s time for me to do the same.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As I have given up on the Main and Sherman Shoppers store, I thought I would try this one. Same result, again, no stock on the flier sale items. Appears to be by design, just to get you to go into the store. I can't remember the last time I went into Shoppers to get a sale item and they had stock. giving 2 stars as the employees appear to be nice and sympathetic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been my pharmacy for years and they’ve always been great. I appreciate having my prescriptions delivered when I can’t get over there. Drivers are so friendly! The pharmacy assistants are excellent and customer service is superb. Thank you for all you do.
