★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried calling but the number is out of service. Why is there no voicemail? If the clinic has moved why wasn't I informed as a patient? The clinic seems to have 2 different names - Source Medical, and Concession Wentworth medical. Which one is it? The receptionist spelled the nurse's name wrong and my specialist was unable to look her up. Very unprofessional business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When this clinic first opened they were great. The last year it has gone downhill drastically. 1 hour wait on a booked appointment is ridiculous. All the original doctors and staff are gone . Would NOT and will no longer recommend this clinic, nor will I go back

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Even with an appointment I was waiting for half an hour before the nurse practitoner came in to see me. The appointment itself only lasted 5 minutes, she asked the bare minimum questions to check up on my mental health before renewing my prescription. No care for mental health at all, just runs through a checklist. NP Suzanne Malynyk was who I saw, the first and second nurse practitioners I saw when I first started going to this clinic were much better but didn't stick around. No consistency, no follow ups. Very difficult to get ahold of the clinic to make an appointment.
Also if you're like me and do not have an OHIP card yet due to immigrating, you will be charged $100 so be aware. Maybe it's worth it, but if I'm only being seen for 5 minutes tops with minimum care, I don't see the worth.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very terrible customer service, they don't care about your health! I'm not a client nor would I ever be. Your refusal to help my friend refill his script when you could obviously see he was in distress is terrible service regardless. Do you do any Dr work or just reply to reviews? Maybe if you spent more time focused on your patients you wouldn't have to respond to all the negative reviews.
