Great service! Test was easy to book online and once there, they took care to verify the test was sufficient for the country I was travelling to. I was in and out under 10 mins and had my results in about 20 minutes. All set for my trip down south!

If there was a way I could put a zero star I would. We booked an appointment for a PCR test for this morning, Wednesday, December 15th for 6:30 am. We arrived at 6:30 and there were multiple mistakes already made by the booking website, my father was somehow booked in a different city when my father, my mother and I were supposed to be taking the same test; at the same place. We ended up upgrading from the regular PCR test to the Express PCR test which they stated and guaranteed that it would only take an hour for the results. My father went first before any of us and they had problems which delayed my mother and I from being tested. I was tested second and my mother last. They told us to wait about twenty minutes for each test just in case they needed to test us again (keep in mind that my father already pasted 20 mins while we were waiting) finally! after it hit around 7:40, my results came in first....my mother's came in second but my dad's didn't. We didn't think anything of it so we went back home and that was around a 25 minute drive and still no results. 3 hours pass and they did not send a single thing, the have no number posted, we sent two emails and they didn't respond so my father drove back down there. He complained saying he never got the email, they proceeded to argue with him regardless of the evidence shown that they had never sent an email containing the results of his EXPRESS PCR TEST. They continued to argue with him claiming they had sent it, my father showed them he hadn't received it but when they resent it he received it within a second meaning that they hadn't sent it to begin with. They refused to admit they were at fault and would have solved the situation with an apology and fixing it instantly instead of arguing and causing a bigger problem. My father asked for the number and they gave him it but when he called the no one picked up and voicemail box was full. This was a ridiculous experience.

You may want to consider a different PCR Test provider. I cancelled my PCR tests (2) on December 16th and received a response noting a $25 fee to cancel and request to confirm cancellation. I confirmed my cancellation and fee acceptance immediately. After not receiving any confirmation of my cancellation and no refund having been processed I attempted to contact FH Health numerous times via email with no response from them. They have no phone number contact available and no longer respond to emails. I received a reminder today of my December 24th tests and their site now shows no cancellations for appointments effective December 20th, 2021. There are other PCR Test providers, you may want to consider a better option where booking polices are actually followed. I am out $361.12 and would not of booked originally if there was not an option for cancellation. Very disappointing.

Well that was the worst customer service experience I had in Canada. Someone recommended that I should do the antigen test a few hours before my flight- having been tested dozens of times before, I naively assumed that should work out. The confirmation email suggested I should be done within 5 minutes period, which would match my previous experiences, where covid tests could have been done swiftly and shortly. Imagine then my surprise, when I arrived way before my booked time, to see a 2hr line up. The staff members and other people in line ignored my repeated pleas to let me take my test in the time frame I booked (!!) and I gotta say that folks working there turned out extremely unhelpful and rather rude. In the end I had to leave without getting the test I paid for, in a state of heightened emotional distress, and rush to the airport convinced that I'll miss the flight I booked to see my family for Christmas first time in two years. I was at the place definitely for over an hour and was still shaking when I boarded the flight. So yeah, book your appointment somewhere else, especially if you rely on the testing place to keep their side of the deal. If you don't mind waiting a couple hours outside in the cold just because, I guess you're still good to go lol.

I am a cross border worker and use FH Health Hamilton location on a weekly basis for COVID travel testing. Great service! I am in and out in less than 5 minutes and results are always reported to my email well within the time frame they outline. Highly recommend.

Promised fast pcr results that didn't deliver on time. When contacted, they said they make no guarantees and will offer no discount. Costly and customer service was pretty much non existent. Seems like a quick way for them to make money off people who need quick results. Do no recommend.

Great experience at this facility. We had Rapid tests done for travel purposes and the check in and testing was done efficiently and with great attention to detail, ie making sure the our names matched our passports. We highly recommend this facility.

Originally posted a review that was not quite accurate, here is an update. After my parents went for their test they were told there were no guarantees that the results would be in by midnight regardless of what time their appointment was during the day. What they were actually told was that the samples were all collected at 4PM and brought to the lab so it really doesn't matter what time they get tested and that in extremely rare situations they do not get the results by midnight. This really stressed them out which stressed me out which is why I left a bad review. They did actually receive the results at 10:30pm and then after 15 minutes issued the results in Japanese per email request marked urgent. They would receive 5 stars if things would have been explained a little better.
