★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had some pain in my eye ? I just walked in, I was not a patient here, and they were very friendly and helpful and gave me an appointment within an hour. The doctor was extremely nice and gave a prescription and got healed within few days, try them out for fast friendly and expertise. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been getting my eyes examined for over 20 years, and the standard eye exam at Vision Expert is literally the most thorough exam I've gotten in my life. The staff is pro, the technology is high end, the prices are reasonable. Very flexible with appointments, as well. Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Edited 06/21. The piece popped out and we went back today. Julien gave us exemplary service and replaced the frame on the spot! Very impressed!
The doctor was lovely and they have a satisfactory selection. But, they do not stand behind their products and do not honour the warranty! We bought a pair of 300$ glasses for our 12 year old daughter. The frames seem to have a manufacturing defect because the entire piece holding the lens constantly pops out of the wire attached to the main frame! We have gone back twice and they will do nothing to help us. Several members of our family wear eyeglasses & we have happily taken our business elsewhere.
Edited: I received a prompt, very courteous call from the manager apologizing for our experience. He told me to come in the next time the piece pops out. It happened again over the weekend, we will be going back. I will update again afterwards.

They had a nice selection and the customer service here is amazing. One of the staff helped fixed my sunglasses that was crooked and they are all super friendly and helpful! Highly recommend
