They set up the meet with the mall maintenance to allow access to the sprinkler system, scheduled their times and stuck to their word. If I could give them a higher rating than 'Excellent' I would.

It was a small job of changing 3 sprinklers and Larry offered to throw in changing another for free because it was painted and not up to code. I liked that he cared and this was one of the reasons I chose this company, even though if I got lower quotes for the same job.
On the day, I noticed that not all sprinklers were changed and tried to contact them. I also emailed to follow up. Nothing. When I finally got in touch with Larry, he told me that he didn't have the right sprinkler on the day of the job, that he was not correcting this and yelled into the phone. I'm shocked and disappointed that he couldn't communicate clearly with me on the day of the job, and when asked for clarity he became enraged. I've never had to deal with this kind of unprofessional contractor and I can't help wonder if this has to do with me being a woman of color? Wow. Be aware.
