Company does not support the products we pay for. Getting support in fixing the system is near impossible. Customer service department simply doesn't care, you can hear it in their voice when you call with a problem.

Andrew from Stanley Security gave us great service. I've called him a few times regarding questions we had and he quickly responded and guided us. We would definitely recommend him to our friends and family (we already have).

. I have my alarm system with this company for about 30 years and I did not have any reason to complain until recently. About 14 weeks ago I had a technician in my house to upgrade the alarm to a wireless phoneline instead of sending the signals via my landline. Ever since the alarm has not worked properly. About 10 weeks ago there was another technician trying to repair the system and he managed to put it out of commission completely. Right now I am not able to arm my alarm system at all have called customer service and technical support more than 10 times. After being put on hold for an hour each time I was told that somebody will contact me within 48 hours. Nobody even attempted to contact me at any time. I have left messages with the customer service supervisor and with the technical support supervisor (Manuel) to no avail. Not once have my calls been returned.

Hands down worst home security company in Canada. Terrible customer service. Terrible technical service. Everything is just awful. My system went down numerous times and every time I called (most times I was left on hold for 50+ minutes) for support they could not help me. It takes days to get a service tech sent over to help in person all the while my house, personal belongings and family are left unprotected. Don't give this company your money. I switched over to bell home security and am much happier. I had to pay them $1000 to cancel. I cancelled because of their terrible service and serious lack of support. I asked for a manager to call me numerous times before cancelling but no one ever bothered calling. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE WORSE THAN THE THEIVES YOUR TRYING TO KEEP OUT!!!

I am super happy with the services I’ve received with Stanley Security. The agent I spoke to was very informative, professional and she understood my needs. She even suggested a wireless security system, i suppose a new model I am quite happy with their products, thus far I’ve been able to resolve technical issues right away. They send you techs to make sure everything is ok. I pleased this far and will continue use their services and products while feeling safer, home or not. So thank you Stanley Security !

I am very satisfied with Stanley Security for many reasons: My initial experience with the purchase of my new security system was easy and stress free, mainly due to the professionalism of Andrew Nafekh. Andrew is very knowledgeable about his products and is a real people person, able to make clients comfortable with the whole purchasing experience. As well the installers who came did a great job. After the installation they were very patient, answered all my questions, only leaving once I understood how to operate the alarm system. I have to add the staff at the monitoring central station do an excellent job, are very professional and courteous. Anyone interested in purchasing an alarm system should certainly contact Stanley, they won’t be disappointed.

The security system is fine, but I was not made clear that I was entering a 5 YEAR CONTRACT at 50$/month that costs thousands of dollars to cancel. Now I'm stuck with this system and the fees associated. I feel tricked and do not recommend this company. When my device fell down and one of the raw wires was disconnected from the motherboard, I was told that they could not help me and that I was to try and reconnect raw wires, AT THE RISK OF DAMAGING MY UNIT. Awful service, I would look somewhere else for alarms, and as soon as my contract expires I will stop doing buisness with them.
