The team was available at any time and were just one phone call away. I had previously requested a similar job to be done by other companies but they all refused until I found this one. The job was very specific and was to be done in very short notice, and Rishab Marble and Granite delivered without much difficulty. I would definitely recommend it, great job done by true professionals.

w	west island on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My argument is not with Ravi , but rather the rude clown that does his book keeping,... yes book keeping . I don't know his name- he is an older man (I won't mention his "ethnicity"). I brought in a sink to measure once, he ORDERS me not to put it on a table, then I put it on a chair, he ORDERS me to put it elsewhere. Then after a day of hard work cleaning and moving heavy stuff to storage he asks my father (who has no business but to chose a colour) why am I sitting down on the chair! Where does this guy get the cajones to do that ! He really needs to learn his place, to do the number crunching and not address customers. If you encounter this book keeper, and he talks rudely to you tell him in MYOB, using a word that begins with F. If he ever talks rudely to you ... politely tell him to worry about disciplining the young men in his own community first that cause delinquent behaviour around Jane & Finch , or Montreal North. I regret eating his rough behaviour then handing Ravi a cheque.
k	kambiz Chizari on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I rarely give this low rating but the experience was not easy or pleasant at all: Positive: The price is reasonable. The cutting and installation is good. The installation guys were nice, respectful and professional. Negative: Unfortunately what others say about the bad management, and lack of communications are correct which brings so much stress to the renovation process not knowing when the work will be done. - Two times scheduled for the measurement and no one showed up with out any call for cancellation or answering the phone in those days. - Several times saying we will call you back, no one called back. - Supposed to come for installation in 2 to 3 weeks after the measurement and it was between 4 to 5 weeks instead. - They installed it in late September and for the warranty I asked them to have a receipt, the same day of the installation. No receipt. From then until now I called them for about 18 times, every time Laura (if I'm not wrong with the name) says Ravi is busy but he will send you very soon, by the end of the week, today,.... Still not received the receipt. Buy from them only if it really worth the pain, stress, hassle, and the unpleasant feeling of being ignored and disrespected as the client.
