BE AWARE PUBLIC!!!I Bought the worst Crappy Lens From Walmart for my elderly mom 91 yrs old and payed 140 bucks and new the guy i bought them from at Walmart was goin to be trouble just the way he was selling them to me that he would'nt stand behind this aweful product within a month scratches were showing up even with the soft clothes they give you.....Then when mom dropped them within a few months of purchasing them they cracked right beside the top of the Frame.......Moms dropped her glasses before when we purchased them from a previous vendor and they never cracked for 5yrs when dropped.....The product that walmart uses and there so called expertise is aweful...The Walmart employee said with a Stupid smurk,"Nope" we wont warrenty them.. Its the poor frames that caused the problem,Thats BS shes had those frames for yrs never a problem....So PUBLIC DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THE WALMART VISION CENTER IN KAMLOOPS,BC its an absolute rip off they dont stand behind there product all so theres your warning go to a reputable vision center with qualified Dr.s,Good Luck!

Dee at Walmart vision centre in kamloops is outstanding. This past year my actual eye doctor and her staff made a huge mistake in my prescription. I had no idea when i dropped off my latest vision check/prescription paperwork to Wal-Mart that there was an error. Dee phoned me very concerned. Thinking the drastic change was due to an accident or trauma. Just checking up on me. I gave permission for her to work out the error with my Dr. after staff at my Dr's office would not give me my correct prescription without paying for another exam. No apologies given. Horrible staff there ☹ but thanks to Dee at Wal-Mart I got my CORRECT prescription without further cost. Dees years of experience and concern for her customers gets my business and confidence .⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I have been buying my contact lenses here for at least 7 years, and until today, I have had nothing but great experiences buying my contacts from Dee. Today was completely different. Even though I am a runner and running in glasses has just been getting more uncomfortable since the weather has warmed up, I had been putting off buying contacts for a month now but I decided it was time to get another box. Yesterday, on Good Friday, I was sure the Vision Center would be closed, but I tried calling anyway to see if I would be able to purchase a new box of contacts. When the Vision Center voicemail message answered, it says "...we will only being providing contact lenses to customers on file," which I am. Today, I stood in the outside lineup to get into Walmart itself, and I walked up to the Vision Center, where a sign says "Stop Here" and I waited for the employee to acknowledge me, which she did not. She appeared to be scrolling some website and pretending I wasn't standing there. Eventually, I asked her if I would be able to buy a box of contacts, and she asked me my name. Then, instead of pulling up my file, she told me she wouldn't order me a box of contacts. But I didn't need her to order me a box, simply to get one out of the cabinet, like they always do. She then told me it obviously wasn't an emergency as I was wearing glasses. No one needs contacts in an emergency. Everyone who needs contacts, owns a pair of glasses. I was shocked at her attitude and walked away. I will be ordering my contacts from Clearly from now on. The only reason I have always purchased my contacts at the Walmart Vision Center is because Dee always provided such a great experience. Such a bummer!

Stay away My mom got glasses here. They were tri focals and the guy dealing with her didn't know what he was doing. The lines on one eye were so off she had to close one eye to see. She went back THREE times the last time I was with her and he was extremely condescending to her and treated her as if she didn't know what she was crazy. This is how you treat your elderly customers? I was appalled. I took her to Lens Crafters they were awesome all they had to do was adjust the frames and they treated her with respect.
