★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They should look after some of their agent. The guy that worked today at 3PM hang up the Phone twice while i was inquiring about their services. I don't know what's wrong with this agent but he is the worst i met in my life, will never call them again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reply efficiency is very low, it is very difficult to contact with. I submitted my documents to them at the first time , but they did not submit my application to the Consulate after a long time and every time I asked about it they told me wait wait and wait. It drives me sleepless and headache. I just want to know what happened and why they did not submit my application ! Their service is awful and I am totally anxious everyday !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I sent off my visa to Montreal but during office hours there was no one there to accept the Fedex package. I was a bit disappointed but the gal working there, Paula made it right. i would suggest that in the future perhaps a Temp would be good especially if the only person in the office had to go out. Other than that I am very happy and will use Visa HQ again. Now I am waiting on my visa so the entire process is not quite finished. I am assuming there will be no more hiccups.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have travelled the world and never used a visa service until ..... the Russian visa! After much reading and searching the web I decided to use a visa service this time. I’m so glad I did. Over two days of putting the application together I had constant guidance from one staff member. This is so much better than dealing with a different person every time a question arises. It allows for continuity and less frustration. Paula Marques was my Guide and she was outstanding. Together we put together all the pieces required for a Russian visa and this morning it arrived. Bravo Paula!! And thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its a scam i paid 114$ for tajikistan visa about 4 months ago i still havent recieved it. And they nver paid back when you called them on their website they hang up with saying anything so be careful
