★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible service. Needed some change, some quarters and $5 bills but they would not accept unless I had an account. This is a bank? Went over to BMO on St Jacques and they gave it no questions asked. Give your biz to another bank instead of CIBC.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am not this branch client, went inside to withdraw some cash , Christine Huang gave me a hard time by asking me TWO pieces of IIDs, want to know why I don’t go to my branch and then went to ask her manager for approval and took me waiting for 30 minutes ! Where I usually in any other CIBC only 3 minutes in and out ! I end up withdraw the cash at ATM.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After long weekend, they don’t refill the envelopes for the ATM machine.
So I guess this bank is too rich they only want you to withdraw money rather than having customers deposit cash through ATM.
Soooooo inconvenient!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The advisor's information was out of date and I had to correct her on everything such as credit limits, rewards, type of accounts, basically I was teaching her about the options of CIBC!! The front desk is terrible also. The branch didn't call me to let me know that my card was there. After 2 weeks, I went there and even though they had my credit card, they told me that they didn't have it, and I had to issue another card. I haven't received my card yet after 2 weeks
