Voilà depuis 2016 que je suis expatriée au Canada et qu’ils refusent de changer mes coordonnées car je ne peux pas accéder à mes anciennes coordonnées française, ni fournir d’autres coordonnées françaises. Merci le chauvinisme en contexte de mondialisation!!! Mais la connerie ne s’en arrête pas là, ça aurait été trop beau. Quand j’ai tenté d’effectuer ce changement de coordonnées, ils ont envoyé mes correspondances (malgré une demande expresse de ne pas le faire) à mon ancienne adresse et mon ancien numéro de téléphone. Ils ont donc délibérément porté atteinte à la sécurité de mes comptes!!! Aujourd’hui, pour une raison qui m’est inconnue (pas envie d’attendre les 50 ans requis avant de considérer qu’un bien peut tomber dans le domaine public), je ne peux plus faire de virements avec mes comptes toujours pleins. PVTistes ou autres expatriés pas sûrs de pouvoir revenir en France avant un certain temps, FUYEZ, sauvez VOTRE ARGENT! I put a star that is not deserved. I have been expatriated in Canada since 2016 and they refuse to change my contact details because I cannot access my old French contact details, nor provide other French contact details. Thank you for chauvinism in the context of globalization !!! But the bullshit didn't end there, it would've been too good. When I attempted to make this change of contact information, they sent my correspondence (despite an express request not to) to my old address and old phone number. They therefore deliberately compromised the security of my accounts !!! Today, for a reason unknown to me (not wanting to wait the 50 years required before considering that a good can fall into the public domain), I can no longer make transfers with my accounts still full. PVTists or other expatriates not sure of being able to return to France before a certain time, RUN, save YOUR MONEY!

BNP CANADA n est pas disponible aux clients de la banque, il faut contacter notre banque en Europe ?? Update: still not for individuals but that COMPANIES really Too bad !! BNP CANADA is not available to bank customers, you must contact our bank in Europe ??

INCOMPETENCE ABSOLUE des différents services téléphoniques !!! À fuire de toute urgence, sauf si vous avez trop de temps dans vos journées!! BNP = NULL BANKER BY HERE Service always so null Unable to access their accounts with their digital key system when changing phones !! ABSOLUTE INCOMPETENCE of the various telephone services !!! Avoid urgently, unless you have too much time in your days !!
