★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I only went there for consultation and paid $50 for 15 minutes and I am not going to comment on whether the information provided was correct or incorrect. It is more about how they made me feel. I felt very uncomfortable there and the guy I talked to only answered my questions in one word and didn’t explained me any procedures. Also, they wanted me to leave my phone at the reception which was very weird because I was there to discuss about my personal information not someone else’s information. Overall, they might or might not have the knowledge of the industry but they for sure lack customer service.
Reply to their comment: I was more disappointed with your behaviour and way of talking rather than information part as I have already said. I was only there to get more clarity about the process and that’s why the booked the appointment at first place and that is what we call consultation- providing information which you didn’t. Also, I never said I want to record anything and why would I record anything. Doesn’t make sense. Overall, my feedback is to work on your customer service and try to make people feel more comfortable dealing with you. Nothing personal only feedback! Good luck
