★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was very good experience being at BLS centre Montreal today, great cutomer support throughout the whole process. Both employees were very polite and helpful. Apart from the fact that BLS is really busy these days even though employees were really patient with customers. Sharing today's personal experience and positive behaviour of employees: I was there today for my PCC, while I was waiting for my turn,one couple was there for some sort of service, front desk officer helped them very patiently, the moment officer answered all their queries in a very helpful manner, suddenly that couple started talking rudely in a very bad manner with employees which was very dissappointed as a human and not acceptable at all, but employees kept their patient and handled the situation really well,keep doing good work Girls stay motivated always. 5 Star Rating for sure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today I come to this place at around 5pm to pick up my US visa and the service was done by an agent there named Sukiran. She was very efficient & quick. No issue was involved as I saw from other reviews here. I was actually surprised how some reviews were so harsh. I guess different people different perspective. I have no problem with the service here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent Service.. Lady at front desk was very patient and soft spoken. Helped to correct my application. All work tasks are completed within 10 min. Also, Website Estimation for getting signed doc was 1 month. But got mine within 10 days.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't usually write reviews but I received such an exceptional service from M/s Sukiran Sharma that I have to let other people know. I had such a great experience for my passport renewal. She guided me for correct documents on my file, also helped in printing my documents and even helped me get a new picture and everything with so much patience. Thank you so much for an amazing experience and I wish you all the best.
I genuinely wouldn't agree with the negative comments written here as my experience was genuinely very good.
