★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J'ai été servi super rapidement. J'ai obtenu un visa en urgence en presque 24h après avoir eu des problèmes avec Visa Services Canada. Malheureusement, leur français n'est pas bon et j'ai du changer à l'anglais pour que ça se règle. Je donne donc 4*.
 I was served super quickly. I got an emergency visa in almost 24 hours after having problems with Visa Services Canada. Unfortunately, their French is not good and I had to switch to English to get it sorted out. I therefore give 4 *.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very very bad customer experience, very cold employee with impolite manners, and on top of being a sad depressive figure, she proposed to stamp the documents and then have me complete them at home; risking voiding the whole operation. She shouldn't even be in this business really, in my opinion. AVOID AT ALL COSTS OR RISK A BAD MOMENT AND MAYBE LEGAL PROBLEMS.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I needed to get a visa whilst abroad and Mike was absolutely fantastic in arranging this. He was prompt to reply to emails, arranged pick up and delivery of my passport and made sure I complied with extra requirements to get the visa. The fee was extremely reasonable, especially considering the work involved and the time saved and worry avoided trying to get the visa another way.
