★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This store is much bigger than you think. If you can't find what you need just ask...it is likely in the basement. I needed plumbing supplies and they led me to tons in the basement and helped me out together a piping system for my plumbing puzzle.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been here several times over the years, and just like others I am trying to support the local businesses, what a disappointing experience today. I called explained what I wanted, gave the website number of the similar product and EXPLAINED! that I needed the same vent as the website but instead of 4" I needed 5" of the same product. I was told no problem and to go and pick it up. When I arrived I paid received the vent and it was nothing like what I asked for. No problem, misunderstanding, not a big deal, I walked back to ask for what I asked and the same person that picked up the call asked me what was the problem, when I explained he decided to treating me like a 5 years old. Looks like he's in his 60's so just a handful of years older than me, I treated him with respect, and if you are going to give me attitude and raise your voice you are going to get the same thing back. Covid or no covid, treat customers like that and you won't have many left. Everyone in the line up notice this, as a matter of fact a customer cut up to me and said that he has experience the same attitude from him, so that's it for this place from me. Old management we miss you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It can be hard buying supplies during a lockdown as most stores require at least 24 hours for curbside pickup, but these guys are putting 110% into quick and efficient curbside pickup during this lockdown. I called in an order on a Saturday and it was ready for pickup immediately. When I got there, it was clearly busy, but their staff was working like a well oiled machine and the line moved so fast, I barely had to stop. I was super impressed by how they were able to provide stellar service on a busy Saturday during a lockdown.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm been very surprised at my last two visits to what is normally, a very inviting store. My questions were met with indifference and it seemed that the staff was more concerned with their in-store renovations. I would love to support this local business but let's face it, the only reason to go to a Home Hardware and not the less expensive box stores, is because of the customer service. I'm hoping to return once what is lost has been found again.

They've handled the curb-side pickup amazingly well. So much better than the big box stores in all aspects. Thanks to the whole crew for your amazing service.
