Our internet went down recently during a wind storm. The internet antenna was severely damaged and needed to be replaced. It was repaired the next day which I thought was very quick considering the damage. Their customer service is top notch and they are always prompt in resolving issues. Highly recommend.

I recently signed up for cable internet with NWIC and I have been really happy with their customer support and the speed of their service. Phil and the rest of the team did an amazing job coordinating the cable installation at our new home and personally delivered the modem on a weekend. I’m happy to support a local small business that provides such excellent service.

VERY impressed!!! Ordered service through NWIC and the modem came a day later (Friday). I'm not the best with tech stuff so after hooking it up, I couldn't get a signal. Emailed Phil on Saturday, and actually got a prompt reply. On a Saturday! They set up an appointment for a tech to come and check the line Tuesday morning, which I said no rush, as I just plugged the previous providers back in. Tech showed up on time, and had it up and running in less than 10 minutes. Internet is much faster than I anticipated, and have absolutely no dead zones in the house. Very strong signal, on all our devices! Lindsey emailed me a couple of times to ensure everything went smoothly, and that I was satisfied. They really do care, that your experience with them is a good one. . Thank you Phil, Lindsey, and the team at NWIC, you really have gone above and beyond! Keep up the great work!

I am extremely satisfied with the service I have received since I started with NWIC. I like how they think highly of their customers. Dfurring a recent service interuption, I was kept informed of the progress of the work, and was especially impressed when I was informed after the outage was resolved, that I would be credited for one day of service. This clearly shows that they think highly of their customers. I am a NWIC cable customer, and have been since November 5th of this year, 2021.

We recently moved and were looking for an internet provider for our country property. After reading great reviews online about NWIC and hearing from surrounding neighbors that NWIC has worked well for them we decided to give them a call. Jordan Lubberts was an excellent sales representative answering the questions we had regarding internet service options and was very polite (unlike the super pushy Bell rep that I had talked to early that day). Jordan was very timely in all the email correspondence and had arranged multiple site visits to the house in order to ensure we would get the best signal. After ensuring we were happy with the location of the radio he arranged installation just in time for moving date. We required a cable to the home and still we have excellent internet service. So far it's been fast and reliable. NWIC followed up two weeks later to see how our internet has been and we have been very happy with the performance. Overall it was a very smooth process and would highly recommend NWIC to anyone moving to the country looking for an internet provider.

I live in a remote area where NWIC (The Last Mile) provide the only reliable service option. (xplornet terrible signal and terrible service) I have had this service for a year and have always had great customer service, and recently an improvement to my service because they put up a new tower in my area. Thank you NWIC :)

Highly recommend using NWIC! The customer service is excellent - Phil was super helpful coordinating my installation and set up. The prices are also great and I’m very happy with the service so far.

I have been a very happy customer sense i switched to NWIC. I had a previous provider but had to set hub out the window due to dual pane windows. my price fluctuated so much so i was sick of getting big bills went to NWIC. The camp ground I'm going to they service it. I will be able to use same service at the camp ground. I purchased a seasonal package there, i have not used it yet will start using it as of the 10th of May. Just a heads up I stream and game and no issues. NWIC thank you for your service, and as others have said very pleasant customer service and installers.
