I look at the pickup/drove and I was ok with the price, I didn't give any trouble for the seller, less than one hour I decided to take it. it was missing the headrest for the middle seat and the code for the keyless door, I made it clear many times that I want those 2 things.
The employee Jean-Christophe Maltais was the seller.
It took 4 days to get process and the car done, not that fast but it was ok.
6 months later, I still don't have the code nor the headrest. I have exchanged several emails and calls with Jean-Christophe Maltais and he just keep stalling.
So, if the car you want/like it is in that store, just try to avoid this seller and you have better chance to have a good deal and good service after.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to buy a truck and because I got a loan somewhere else and NOT with them they refused to sell the truck I wanted. The salesmen was awesome but the manager was horrible felt like I was being Interrogated by the cops.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DONT WASTE YOUR TIME TRYING TO PURCHASE A CAR HERE!! Made a deal with Francis to purchase a vehicle took my deposit over the phone and scheduled a time for pick up. After getting him the draft, purchased insurance on the car and drove 5 hours to pick it up. He then says “the owner decided to call the deal off and is selling it to his friend” Spoke to the owner and his response was “I made up my mind”. Absolutely no business ethics!
