Bought a used truck from Rob. Easy to discuss numbers with. No salesmen gimics, no empty promises. Fixed a few small issues that were outside his warranty with no complaints. I would highly recommend him. Thanks Rob, I'll see you again when we replace my wife's vehicle!

Sketchy and overpriced. Vehicle had check engine & tpms lights that weren't mentioned in its ad, and had plenty of rust on both the body and frame despite being listed as rust free. I even called ahead to double check its condition, and Rob assured me it was in 8/10 shape. Rob also walked over and closed the hood about 4 times while we were checking out the vehicle, suggesting there was something he didn't want us to see in there.

I bought my truck from Rob in 2014 - he is honest, and knows exactly what he is talking about. No pushy salesman stuff. I've been back to add a towbar, and have called in for advice more than once - I know he will tell me honestly what is up and suggest the best course of action. And he is always flat-out busy, his customers clearly value his work! Thanks Rob!

The car we bought from Rob has had problems before it even left the lot. After buying it on paper, we were delayed several times to pick it up because he couldn't figure out what was causing some of the dash warning lights coming on. After several delays I suggested that maybe we should get a different car, off his lot, and he wasn't receptive to that. Finally we recieved the car after at least two weeks of purchasing. Then other problems started right away. We even bought the Lubrico warranty. When I called Rob about these issues he was aloof and made made me feel like too bad, you're on your own. We had the car for a little over a month with most of its time in his shop! I would use caution when purchasing from here, and be prepared to wait. Fast forward spring 2017. Getting car prepped for daughter who is coming home from school. Car pisses out oil. Called Rob to see if we can get in early and use the Lubrico warranty. Two weeks and no return call. Will update if there are any issues using the Lubrico warranty we purchased at another shop. ?UPDATE? After finally getting through to Rob, I was too annoyed to deal with him for warranty repairs. I asked him where the Lubrico warranty could be used locally. Of course, he didn’t know. I called Lubrico to find the closest shop in my area. Luckily a local shop honoured it, and did all the necessary repairs, and found other issues that they called me about, and addressed them too. The warranty itself and dealing with the Lubrico company, was an okay experience. We had to pay a deductible - about $100, but that was really peanuts to what we would have had to pay for all the other issues with the car. I would likely use this third party warranty again with an older model purchase. Fast forward 2019 - daughter bought first brand new car, and the old 2004 Mazda was purchased by a family acquaintance who was familiar with he initial issues. To my knowledge the car is running fine. You can’t expect perfection with an older model but it did have very low KM and by all outside appearances, looked to be in very good shape when we bought it. If the little gremlins were dealt with by Rob as they manifested right off the lot, the experience would have been much better.

Unfortunately my car purchase here could not have been worse. I was super excited to pick up a great car at a reasonable price, drove about an hour and a half to get it. The purchase was conditional that the seller fix the rear wiper. After my hour and half drive home 3 bulbs burnt out. The very next morning the car wouldn’t start, after taking it to another mechanic we learned that the battery was total garbage. Same day I noticed that the “new” rear wiper didn’t function. After all this I thought that my problems were over. Just a few short months from purchase I’ve put well over another 4000 dollars in for new springs, an end link, e-brake cables, And all new AC lines. I urge anyone thinking of purchasing a car here to spend a few extra dollars and go pretty much anywhere else. In summary this experience could not have been worse ...

Purchased a vehicle from this lot. About a week later, an engine light popped on so I brought it back. Rob erased the code (for gas line) and told me it was not a big deal and he didn't have time. Fast forward a month, my gas tank totally empties itself on the ground while I'm filling up. Not a big deal? Wrong-o. I called to make him aware (not asking for anything in fact I'd rather he didn't touch it at all) and he was rude on the phone and told me "I'm on my own now". Won't be purchasing from this place ever again.

Purchased a vehicle here and Rob is not a pushy salesman. I felt like he was honest and as helpful as he can be with his time, he runs a small business and every time I called with a question about my purchase he was helpful and tried to offer assistance as best as he could. I'm happy with my purchase and could end up here again in the future when its time to change. ?
