★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased a JS Custom Built home in 2019 and had a mould issue in the garage within 2 years.
I hired an inspector, it was the Builder issue and I paid $25,000 out of pocket to remediate the footings and drywall of mould in 3 car garage
Owners made promises, then never followed through on their commitment to remediate their build issue by their own admission but have now ghosted me as the homeowner. Reputations last a lifetime.
