★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place for a relaxing nature trip. The resort provided all the water activities (Kayak, Canoe, Row boat, Paddle board and BBQ). The deck was very nice to have breakfast, lunch or dinner. The rooms are comfortable with a kitchen. All the pots and pans, Dishes and utensils are there. The room could be a bit brighter. The owners are kind. The Minature Golf, Basketball ball and tennis area is not that great. It could use an upgrade. The recreational area was closed due to Covid. Its about 15-20min into Parry Sound.
I would recommend this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointing! I requested a refund two weeks ago and I'm still waiting. Be careful if the management tries to refund your money using interact etransfer. Insist on speaking to them over the phone and using a credit card for refunds. Do not trust the owners to use interact etransfer correctly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed at the grand muskokan. This is an ideal location for a family vacation. The views are stunning and lake Otter is ideal for swimming and water activities. The house is large, clean, and has great amenities including 2 bbqs and a full location. The resort is also close to provincial parks like Killbear which is ideal for a day trip. The owners are delightful people who are very organized and accommodating. Highly recommended!!

So quiet, peaceful and relaxing area. Lake is really close. The owner and staff are very friendly.
ROOM IS REALLY CLEAN! The views is beautiful… 100% we will come back!!!

The place itself is quiet and relaxing, if you’re a person who values that, this is definitely the place for you!
The owner was amazing, my husband and I were arriving at different times as we travelled from QC, he made sure to be awake when my husband arrived just to make sure we were all good. You can feel the warm coming for the family owners.
This is a little jewel hidden in the middle of the woods. 100% worth it, my family and I had the best vacation we could of in many years, I mean we truly relaxed and rested. We are coming back for sure! The 7hr drive is totally worth it, give this place a try… you won’t regret it!.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nothing fancy but good for kids. A lot of lake and beach equipment available and well maintained.
Price is on the steep side when you need to bring everything, really everything for a stay. If crowds show up, it is rather busy.
Showering almost impossible due to weak water pressure and low temperature. Great cleanliness and well maintained rooms. No updated furniture or equipment but okay for its age. Good for 3-4 days if you want to spend time off in rather rustic setting and find a quite spot.
