If I would of known this I would of went another garage and got in done in half the time. If it gonna take longer then a hour you can at least make your clients aware of it. Instead of leaving us in the dark. As some who worked many years in the customer service industry this is below subpar customer service

The staff is great and really make you feel welcome, they are not overbearing either when it comes to selling extra's.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a Ford Fusion Energi from them. It was a demo car with 17000km. Overall I’m satisfied, but during the delivery I discover some deep scratch which was repaired before. The result wasn’t 100% good the scratches were visible. The sales guy forgot to mention for me however I asked them for any damage previously. The owner of the dealership didn’t know about this problem and because of the fact I came from Ontario to pickup the car in Chateauguay, they covered the cost of the repair by a cheque. They really tried to find a “Solution” for my problem. When I left the dealership I had some bad feelings, but the car is good and after 2-3 days the bad feelings are gone. It was a good idea to choose Solution Ford.

Because of covid there is a minimum 5 or 6 month waiting period.
So here's the real truth. I dealt with a sales person by the Name of Jean-Guy Demers.
In my humble opinion...he's an expert in his field.
Eager to satisfy his client.
We settled on price and signed a sales agreement.
So...after 3 months of waiting I stopped by to see if there was any news....also expressing my concern for the amount they offered for my used vehicle. The problem being...the longer I wait for my new Maverick, The more miles I rack up on trade in.
The sales person " Mr. Demers " was occupied so I spoke with the director of sales.
He started telling me the price they "Guaranteed " me was not the actual value but the equity I had built up.
( F.Y.I If as a reader you are ? confused, then welcome to my world.)
Feeling frustrated and let down by a level of dishonesty I left and started shopping for a Ford Ranger instead.
I found one and made the offer for an astounding 1000.00 more on my trade in.
I went back today to get my 500.00 deposit and explain why I canceled my order.
I again dealt with Mr.Jean-Guy Demers and he was very understanding.
So...here's my story in a nutshell.
If you go to Solution Ford in Chateauguay ask for Jean-Guy Demers.
I promise you won't be disappointed but don't believe what the director of sales says if you put a vehicle on order as I'm sure you will be greatly disappointed as I was.
