Z	Zain Khan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had set a down deposit on one of their cars with salesman Richard Avon, and everything was set for us to pick it up on Friday. I get a call from them telling me it won't be available Friday, and to come Sunday instead (something about it not being aesthetically ready). Anyway, we understand and wait till Sunday. Come Sunday, all of a sudden the car has some "issues" which need reparation, according to Richard, and we should get a call Tuesday. Come Tuesday, the car still isn't ready, so we're told we'll get a call Wednesday. On Wednesday no call was received, so we call the dealership only to find out the car that WE had a deposit on was sold on Friday to another client. Richard decided that instead of telling us this, he'd waste our time and tell us they still had it. Worst customer service ever, Richard Avon is the biggest liar there is. Don't even bother wasting your time with him.

He made my 2014 SiennaSE look like a 2018! Price can't be beat!! See you in a few years for my future car!!! Thanks, your customers forever.

When we met with the salesperson, he brought us to his office and basically just started talking. After talking for a good 10-15 min, he just simply says that we can't get the car and that we should go elsewhere. No check, no further talk, nothing. oh well, i guess it wasn't such a bad thing because we went to mitsubishi after and bought a new lancer :) But still very bad service!!

Took the time to show me around the garage, also took time to explain every option on the car. Very impressed with the service i have received :)

They gave me the full cost of the replacement and gave me an appointment for the next week. However now that I am in the waiting room the service agent tell me that there are no parts in stock, even there were not for a long time ago and they don’t know how long the parts arrive to stock. In addition Technical department agent is not gentle. I west my time.

We made an emergency stop at their service desk and the fellow behind the desk diagnosed the problem, assigned a technician and fixed it all within 20 minutes. All done as a courtesy. Outstanding service! (Wish I could remember his name but thank you.)

I explained that what has happened to my car (with facts) and he never looks at me, working on his keyboard, no reaction and finally says to me he never reads these stuff in news!!!!
