★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J'ai fait faire le toit En Octobre 2019, au printemps 2020 je l'ai appelé pour lui dire que le toit coule toujours..... Il m'a toujours repousser le rendez-vous on est en Novembre et c'est toujours pas reglé....
I had the roof done In October 2019, in the spring of 2020 I called him to tell him that the roof is still leaking ... still not settled ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J ai engagé toiture asm pour refaire mon toit au mois de juin 2020.
Mon toit a coulé la première pluie.. ils ont revenue plusieurs fois pour réparer car ils ne font que de réparation rapide.. très mauvaise réparation. A refaire l été prochain.
ca couler a l intérieure de ma résidence et Ils m ont promis de réparer mais ca ne réponds pus a mes téléphones.
Ont est rendu au mois de décembre et j ai engagé une autre compagnie pour la réparation.
I hired roofing asm to redo my roof in June 2020.
My roof sank the first rain .. they came back several times to fix it because they only do quick fix .. very bad fix. To be done again next summer.
It leaks inside my residence and They promised to fix it but it does not answer my phones.
Went in December and hired another company for the repair.

Scammers! Not the right materials (shingle for tar rock roof) and second-hand materials already used ? no event installed it's leaking everywhere!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il a fait une réparation sur notre toît que n'a pas duré que quelques jours. On lui a appelé à plusieurs reprises, et on n'a jamais eu une reponse satisfaisante et/ou une garantie sur le travail. On a dû appeler un autre entrepreneur qui est venu réparer notre toît.
He did a repair on our roof that only lasted a few days. We called him several times, and we never got a satisfactory answer and/or a guarantee on the work. We had to call another contractor who came to fix our roof.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be aware ..contractor taking payment and does not deliver. This contractor left debris and material behind ...did not return for final inspection to verify work. We have been chasing this contractor for 16 months, to recover money for gutters which were never delivered.

Eric's team were very quick to replace my roof which 1 year later needed redoing because it started leaking. They don't know what they're doing.
I also had them do my gutters, fascia and soffit before I knew that they did a poor job on the roof.
The fascia and soffit were so badly done that after waiting 4+ months for him to honour his contract and redo them, I had another company redo it completely. The other contractor even found rotten wood under their work that they never told me about, they just covered it.
As for gutters, they told me the job was done, sent an intimidating man (tall, muscular, tattoo & piercings) to the place I was staying while the house was being renovated to collect payment. Stupidly I paid the balance and when I went to check there were no gutters!
I tried to work things our with Eric repeatedly, I have a mise en demeur, negotiated payment terms he agreed too and endless texts with him promising to pay me back but he never did. 1 year later I decided I have to take him to court.
