★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a used car from Richard. It took 10 days for the car to be ready. When I got it, I had to come back because the breaks were finished and they fixed it. I haven't even driven 50kms on the car and the 'check emission system' light turned on. I spoke to Eric who basically said I should have done my homework before buying the car. I trusted the inspection that Richard showed me where it shows everything was good but it's not. Eric told me to call him back the following week and he stopped taking my calls. Worst experience ever! Do no buy a used car from here!!!!
Update: I went back to the Hyundai St. Constant dealership 2 weeks ago. The garage said they were going to check the check emission system light and other things I had mentioned like the suspension. After a 3 hours wait, the guy from the garage said name a list of problems they found, said they had to order some parts and they had to check with the sales team to see if how much of an expectation they would do on the check emission system.
I never got a call when the parts came in. I called and made an appointment myself. I am currently at the garage dealership and the guy, Martin has the nerve to tell me now that they don't have a check emission/engine machine for Acura and there is nothing in their systems about such a problem!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went into the dealership to get a new car and get out of my current lease and I couldn't be happier with the deal they gave me.
I had previously went to another Hyundai dealer in Brossard but they sold me the wrong car and were not honest about the information they gave. I was told I would need to wait 3 - 4 months for a car and was mislead throughout the process. I called Saint-Constant and they told me they could have me in a Hyundai by the end of the week so I cancelled this order and went to Hyundai St-Constant and got amazing service from start to finish!
The salesman I worked with was Mourad and I was comfortable the whole time and he did his best to get me a deal I was happy with. I got a 2022 Elantra at a great price while getting out of my current lease and not having to deal with any fees. A great salesman / super friendly and I would recommend anyone to Mourad for future car inquiries.
I then worked with Isabelle in the finance department and explained I needed the car by the end of last week as I was off work. She did everything she could to work with me on getting out of my lease and getting everything together! From the moment I signed the agreement for the new car, they handled everything professionally and answered all of my questions along the way.
Overall I would definitely recommend this dealer to anyone as they were honest from the beginning, kept in touch throughout the process and made sure I was happy when leaving with the vehicle. After a bad experience with another Hyundai dealership, for anyone in the south shore area I would definitely recommend getting a new Hyundai from Saint-Constant!
Amazing service and looking forward to dealing with them again in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service i’ve ever had. They are ready to sell you whatever but once you’ve purchased they will never re-assist. The service department is terrible my car has been there for a month now and they never update me or even seem to careI get hanged up on when I start asking questions. I am paying for a car that is always at the garage a month at a time multiple times a year. I do not recommend at all to get a Hyundai Kona EV and even less to get it at saint-constant.
-We don’t have control over recalls, however we have control of a customer’s experience..

I was surprised to find so many young salesman that provide great service. The game has changed and I highly recommend you all to go pay them a visit if your looking to buy a new Hyundai.

Sales Person Israel Mcduff kept in touch with me and followed up before and after the sale, Cynthia in finance took care of all the paperwork. Laurence and Josiane handled the two deliveries of perfectly clean cars and took care of any questions and the final paperwork. I will be back for the next EV!
