He was polite, very kind and well mannered. I requested to have 4 test drives with cars on the lot and Louis without hesitation made me feel like a valued customer and prepared all the vehicles with a smile. This young man has exceptional "sales skills", and will become what ever his dreams desire for his career! I was impressed and can not thank him enough! I did buy a car from him and recommend that you go to Nissan Chateauguay and personally ask for Louis he will make you feel right at home.

Valerie was genuine and super friendly. She described and explained everything very clearly without using technical words hard to understand for a non-mechanic like me and the other customers.
Unlike other places i went, I appreciated no bolts or nuts were missing. in all seriousness, I didnt feel pressure get unecessary services that i needed to be done on my vehicule, which is a big plus for me.
I recommand anyone to get service at Nissan Chateauguay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I received a courtesy call by Nissan to make an appointment for my tire change which I thought was nice of them to do so. Upon arriving at my appointment, I was greeted by a welcoming receptionist, they offer the taxi service and they make coffee for you while you wait. What I thought was lacking was that I thought i was going for only a tire change, oil change and a basic verification of the vehicle but after looking at my bill, I noticed they charged me 259$ for an inspection which includes an oil change which i already had, they never mentioned that it would cost 259$ for the inspection. I wish they would give you a summary of the charges of the services clearly before you agree to anything. I thought this part was lacking on their part. I will definitely give them a call on Tuesday because this part was not professional at all. They should of gave me an estimate of the costs, make me agree to pay, do the job and then charge me afterwards. This is why i am only giving me 3 starts.
