Edit Aug 15 2017 in response to owner I called numerous times actually, no reply. I'm sure you have call display in your office and could have checked all your missed calls. Hands free calls - Nope speakerphones - Nope blocked numbers - Nope junk mail filters - Nope Your response just sounds like an excuse for everything in life. Let's just call it what it is. I left a message for some vinyl samples to buy and test first. I didn't meet your interest with a $40 purchase so you decided it's not worth your time to call back. What you failed to realize is that the $40 test purchase would have led you to $3500+ in follow up sales. You didn't have issues hearing the message. You just have selective call back issues. Edit Update Sept 8 2017 The owner removes his comments towards me which I quoted above. That says it all......congrats on proving your incompetency.
