I will start off by saying that I am a picky individual and after four mediocre websites that were previously created for me, I decided it was time to level up and have a website created that had all the correct content, theme, colors and features. The universe answered and I came across Massive Web Design on Instagram. I had a consultation with Vaughn Joseph. He listened to my needs and wants. Every step/phase/change/addition, Vaughn remained communicative and that is extremely important to me. He was patient with me in my requests and Vaughn truly went ABOVE & BEYOND creating my website, making it fully functionable and easy to navigate. He was so professional and continuously went above and beyond to help get our vision for the websites perfected, as well as explaining the process the whole way. I have little to no background experience in computers or coding, and he was able to explain and set everything up in a way where I could easily understand, as well as continue to set up and deploy sub domains well into the future after my work with Massive Web Design is finished. I reached out to many web design companies in the area, and I am so happy I chose to go with Massive Web Design, as they were the cheapest by at least half to their closest competitor, but more importantly their customer service was amazing.
